The ERPSync platform processes accounting and document data on behalf of its clients under separate service agreements. That data is used only to provide the service to the client who owns it.

Client accounting data
ERPSync client data is isolated per company with database-level access controls. Access is limited to users the client authorizes, and reads and writes pass through permissioned, logged interfaces. AI tools connected by a client operate only within the permissions that client grants.
Data retention and your choices
We retain contact inquiries as long as needed to handle them. Clients may request deletion of their data subject to legal and professional record-keeping obligations. To ask about, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email info@silosinc.com.
